A full liter of normal saline with electrolyte support, delivered directly to your bloodstream by a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner. The simplest, fastest way to feel like yourself again.
Included monthly with the Essentials membership at $169/mo.
The Hydration Drip is intentionally simple, with pure clinical-grade saline and electrolyte support. No added vitamins, no extras. Just the foundation your body actually needs when it’s running low.
Clinical-grade 0.9% sodium chloride solution, the same fluid used in hospital IV drips worldwide. Restores intravascular volume, blood pressure, and tissue hydration far faster than oral fluids ever could.
Sodium, potassium, and chloride: the minerals your cells use to regulate water balance, nerve signaling, and muscle function. Replaces what’s lost through sweat, illness, alcohol, or simply hot Houston days.
Call or text to book. Tell us your address and a window of times that work, and we’ll confirm pricing and availability within hours.
Lei or Ericka shows up on time with your drip, supplies, and the warmth of a house call. We set up in your space and place the IV.
Most patients notice the shift before the bag is empty. We stay until you’re comfortable, then leave you to enjoy the rest of your day.
The Hydration Drip is the foundation. Layer in vitamin or antioxidant boosts during your visit to address specific goals like energy, immunity, skin, or recovery, without committing to a different drip entirely. Up to 4 add-ons per visit.
If hydration is part of your routine, the Essentials membership turns occasional visits into a sustained practice at a meaningful discount versus a la carte pricing.
Reach out and tell us when you’d like your visit. We’ll confirm timing, address, and any add-ons before you book, never any surprises.

Drinking water has to pass through your stomach and digestive tract, which absorbs only a fraction of the fluid before the rest is processed and lost. IV hydration delivers a full liter of fluid and electrolytes directly into your bloodstream with 100% bioavailability, restored within 30 to 45 minutes versus several hours of oral rehydration. For mild thirst, water works fine. For real dehydration, IV is faster and more complete.
The infusion itself runs about 30 to 45 minutes once your IV is placed. Add roughly 10 to 15 minutes for setup, the brief consultation we do at the start of every visit, and removing the IV at the end. Plan for an hour total.
For general wellness, every 2 to 4 weeks is appropriate. During recovery from illness, hot Houston summers, intense training periods, or travel-heavy stretches, weekly is fine. Your Nurse Practitioner will recommend a cadence based on your goals and how your body responds.
Yes. IV hydration is one of the safest IV therapies available. It uses the same fluid found in hospital settings worldwide. Your Nurse Practitioner reviews your medical history before placing the IV. Patients with kidney disease, congestive heart failure, or certain other conditions involving fluid restrictions should discuss IV therapy with their physician before booking.
You’ll feel a small pinch when the IV is placed, similar to a routine blood draw. Once the line is in, the drip itself is painless and most patients describe the experience as relaxing. Both Lei and Ericka have over a decade of clinical experience placing IVs, including in critical care settings where the stakes are much higher than a wellness visit.
Yes. The Hydration Drip is a clean foundation that pairs well with most of our 11 add-ons, including B12 for energy, Vitamin C for immune support, Glutathione for antioxidant and skin benefits, and Toradol for headaches. Add-ons are discussed at the start of your visit and mixed in before infusion. Capped at 4 per visit for compatibility.
Hydrate normally the day of your visit (it makes vein access easier), eat a light meal an hour or two before, and have a comfortable spot ready, like a couch, bed, or recliner, or wherever you’d like to relax for an hour. We bring everything else: IV pole, supplies, sharps container, and the drip itself.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Because we’re a mobile practice, late cancellations and no-shows mean we’ve already prepared supplies and blocked off the time for your visit. A $50 fee applies to cancellations within 24 hours and to no-shows. Things come up, we understand, just give us as much notice as you can and we’ll work with you.
