A coenzyme present in every cell of your body, NAD+ powers mitochondrial energy, supports DNA repair, and declines steadily with age. The premium tier of our IV menu, delivered slowly to maximize comfort and absorption.
The 250mg dose is available as your monthly drip with the Wellness membership at $259/mo.
NAD+ is not a vitamin or supplement. It is a coenzyme present in every living cell, central to mitochondrial energy production and DNA repair. The premium tier of our menu reflects both the cost of pharmaceutical-grade NAD+ and the time required for a comfortable infusion.
Pharmaceutical-grade Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide. NAD+ is the coenzyme that mitochondria use to produce ATP, the energy currency of every cell. It is also a required cofactor for sirtuins and PARPs, two enzyme families critical to DNA repair and cellular aging. Levels decline by roughly 50 percent between ages 40 and 60.
A clinical-grade saline carrier with balanced electrolytes that delivers the NAD+ over an extended infusion. The slow drip rate is what allows the higher dose to be tolerated comfortably without the chest tightness or abdominal pressure that fast NAD+ infusion can cause.

Lei or Ericka shows up on time with your drip, supplies, and the warmth of a house call. We set up in your space and place the IV.
Most patients describe sustained mental clarity and energy in the days following the infusion. The cellular effects build over time, especially across a loading protocol of multiple sessions.
Patients pursuing longevity protocols often pair NAD+ with antioxidant support. Glutathione Boost is the most common addition, layered in alongside the slow NAD+ infusion. B12 and Vitamin D3 also pair well for daily-wellness goals. Up to 4 add-ons per drip.
NAD+ isn’t included in our standard memberships, but Wellness members receive priority scheduling and 10% off NAD+ visits. If you’re starting a loading protocol or planning monthly maintenance, the membership pays for itself within a session or two.
Reach out and tell us when you’d like your visit. We’ll discuss dose, timing, and what to expect during the longer infusion before you book, never any surprises.

NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell of the body. It is essential to mitochondrial energy production, DNA repair, and cellular signaling. NAD+ levels decline naturally with age, dropping by roughly 50 percent between ages 40 and 60, and further still in older decades. Many longevity and anti-aging protocols now focus on restoring NAD+ as a strategy for cellular aging support, athletic recovery, and cognitive performance.
Pharmaceutical-grade NAD+ is significantly more expensive to manufacture than vitamins or saline. Each dose represents hundreds of milligrams of a precision compound that is far more costly per gram than any other ingredient on our menu. The longer infusion time also means more of your Nurse Practitioner’s bedside time. The pricing reflects the cost of the medicine and the time it takes to deliver safely.
Fast NAD+ infusion can cause uncomfortable sensations like chest tightness, abdominal pressure, or warmth and flushing. These are not dangerous, but they are unpleasant. Slowing the infusion to a careful drip rate eliminates almost all of these effects. The 250mg dose typically takes 90 minutes to 2 hours, and the 500mg dose takes 3 to 4 hours, with the rate adjusted continuously based on how you’re tolerating it.
The 250mg dose at $449 is suitable for first-time NAD+ patients, ongoing maintenance after a loading protocol, or patients who want to assess their tolerance before committing to a full session. The 500mg dose at $699 is the higher therapeutic level associated with more pronounced cellular and cognitive effects, typically used for active loading protocols, longevity-focused patients, or athletic recovery. Most patients begin with 250mg and may move to 500mg after their second or third session.
Some patients describe a sensation of warmth, mild chest tightness, or abdominal pressure if the rate is too fast. These pass immediately when we slow the drip. Most of the infusion is uneventful. The cellular effects, including improved mental clarity and energy, generally appear in the days following the session rather than during it.
A common starting protocol is a loading phase of 4 to 6 weekly sessions, followed by monthly or every-6-week maintenance. Patients pursuing aggressive longevity protocols may continue weekly for several months. The right cadence depends on your goals, baseline health, and how you respond to the first few sessions. Your Nurse Practitioner will help you build a sustainable plan.
For the vast majority of healthy adults, yes. NAD+ is a coenzyme your body produces naturally, and IV NAD+ has an excellent safety profile when administered slowly by a trained clinician. However, it is not appropriate for patients who are pregnant or nursing, who have certain heart conditions, or who have severe liver disease. Your Nurse Practitioner reviews your medical history before placing the IV and will discuss any concerns before you book.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Because we’re a mobile practice, late cancellations and no-shows mean we’ve already prepared supplies and blocked off the time for your visit. A $50 fee applies to cancellations within 24 hours and to no-shows. Things come up, we understand, just give us as much notice as you can and we’ll work with you.
